Dr. Kauffman is a full diplomate of the American Board of Urology, a member of the American Urological Association, the American College of Surgeons, the Endourologic Society, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, and the American Medical Association.

In his free time, Dr. Kauffman likes to stay active. He plays in recreational basketball leagues and enjoys skiing, cycling, golf, and camping.
